Within minutes of completion our telephone operators will advise you of the delivery time and signature, if requested. 24 Hours a Day Seven Days a week.

Express / Priority Service
Our EXPRESS / PRIORITY SERVICE provides an urgent pick up and delivery of consignments within the Greater Metropolitan Areas of all capital cities. Your consignment is allocated to the closest vehicle travelling in that general area and delivered promptly. As a guide, this service will be completed within sixty to ninety minutes. Latest Booking time is 5.00pm for same day delivery.

Regular / Standard Service
The cost effective solution for consignments that need to be at their destination within a couple of hours, once again within the Greater Metropolitan Area of all capital cities. Our radio operators, to ensure the most reliable and efficient service is available at all times prioritise consignments to ensure delivery on-route. Latest booking time is 4.00pm for same day delivery.

Intrastate / Interstate
Same Day - Zip Express Couriers provide same day delivery door to door from most capital cities to most intrastate and some interstate destinations with our Air Express Service.
Express - Delivery to any capital city within Australia the following day by midday at the latest.
Economy Road - Economy Road services throughout Australia handle consignments of a not so urgent nature of a 2-3 day delivery.

International

Exclusive Hire / Express Taxi Truck
This truck service is the equivalent of our direct courier service, in that your request is given priority over all other work. Zip Express Couriers can only guarantee specific pickup times for the first available booking time of a vehicle on any given day. All other requests are on an ad-hoc basis.

Permanent Hire
Zip Express Couriers will supply a vehicle and driver to customers who require multiple deliveries incorporating an open booking schedule e.g. 1 day, 1 week or indefinitely.
